today I am going to share my favorite hymn about praise with you.

Have you heard of Blessed Assurance? It’s my favorite.

Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine! O what a foretaste, of Glory divine! Heir of salvation, purchase of God. Born of his spirit, washed in his blood. This is my story, this is my song! Praising my savior, all the day long! This is my story, this is my song, Praising my savior, all the day long.

Fanny Crosby wrote this beloved hymn, and she was a very much loved hymn writer. But she was also blind. How did she write her hymns? We don’t know. But her most beloved hymn is Blessed Assurance. Even though she was blind, she still praised God.

we too can be like Fanny, even in hardships, we can praise God, our heavenly Father.

Dear God, I pray for everyone reading this, that even in hardships, these readers can still praise you. They are your beloved children Lord, and you care for each one. So every time we feel down, we can always pray and praise your name God! God you are Worthy of praise! In your name we pray, AMEN.
