hi everyone.

hope you are doing well.

about 3 weeks ago, I had a second surgery for my thumb to take off my cast, and remove the pin. And yes, it still hurts.

On Tuesday night , I tripped, and really hurt my knee. If you want to know what I tripped on, it was my Uncle’s keepsake box. His photo frame, and the cardboard box attacked me, and yeah, I tripped.

I have a muscle disease called Myopathy that makes my legs weak, and causes me to trip a lot.

Pain is real, but God can heal you.

Psalm 30: 2 NIV:

Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.
